Rights
The composer may transfer to the producer exclusively, for the entire world and without time limit, all the rights necessary for production, exploitation and distribution.

 

All other rights not expressly assigned hereunder remain the property of the composer.

Guarantee of originality
The Composer warrants to the Producer that the Music is entirely original and that no part thereof infringes or will infringe any copyright or other rights whatsoever.
